The Company is the owner, developer and operator of The App/Site.

Any person using The App/Site to communicate with other Members.
The App/Site
The website, mobile applications, and all associated software and systems operated by the Company.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and The App/Site operate under the laws of England and Wales.
Nature of the Service
The App/Site is an online dating and social networking platform for adults aged 18 and over.
The service allows Members to discover, communicate with, and meet other Members online and/or offline.
The Company does not:
By registering, Members consent to receive service-related communications electronically.
Any upgraded or paid access relates solely to enhanced communication features, including message access.
Safety
Members must read the dating safety advice available on The App/Site prior to use.
Profiles and Content
All information provided by Members must be accurate and not misleading.
Profiles must not contain contact details including email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, or social media identifiers.
Members may upload images provided that:
The Company may remove any content that breaches these Terms or that, in its reasonable opinion, undermines the integrity, safety or proper functioning of The App/Site.
Members acknowledge that other Members may capture screenshots. Where possible, the Company avoids using Member images in marketing and will attempt to anonymise identifying details.
By creating a profile, Members acknowledge that certain profile information may be visible to other Members and, where indicated, to visitors of The App/Site.
Abuse and Conduct
The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour.
Members may report abuse using the reporting tools available on profiles and private messages.
Accounts may be terminated immediately for behaviour including but not limited to:
Other Members
The Company does not perform background or criminal record checks on Members.
Members are responsible for their own actions and for exercising caution when interacting with others.
The Company does not request or authorise Members to send money or bank details to other Members. Any request for money should be reported immediately.
The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from interactions between Members except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Verification
The App/Site includes a face-liveness verification system which may be mandatory in certain jurisdictions. This system assists with age verification and fraud prevention.
Messages and Alerts
The App/Site provides multiple notification types including Likes, Flirts, and Messages.
The Company will not use private messages to communicate with Members and will only contact Members via email for security reasons.
Banned Members
Accounts may be restricted or deleted without notice if these terms are breached.
Members attempting to re-register after being banned may be removed again.
Termination
Members may delete their accounts at any time via The App/Site.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or undermine the integrity or safety of the platform.
Copyright and Trademarks
All content, software, and branding associated with The App/Site is protected by intellectual property law.
Provision of Service
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of The App/Site. The Company may delete inactive accounts after a prolonged period of inactivity. The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue features or functionality of The App/Site at its discretion.
No Guarantee of Match / Outcome
The Company does not guarantee introductions, matches, responses, or successful relationships.
Usage Restrictions
Members must be at least 18 years old and comply with their local laws.
The App/Site may only be used for personal dating and social interaction.

Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Malicious Software
While the Company implements reasonable security measures, it does not warrant that The App/Site will be free from viruses or malicious code.
Upgrades, Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Payments are processed by third-party providers including:
Upgraded access provides enhanced communication features only.
By purchasing upgraded access, Members expressly request immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that they will lose their statutory right to cancel once access to the digital service begins.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of the relevant payment processor.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where a Member breaches these terms, including during an active paid subscription.
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Billing descriptors will appear on bank or card statements in a format determined by the relevant payment processor.
Before completing a purchase, Members are provided with clear pricing information, billing frequency (if applicable), and total cost.
'Lifetime access' refers to the operational lifespan of The App/Site as determined by the Company and does not guarantee service availability for any minimum period.
Associated Websites
Profiles may be displayed across Company-operated platforms owned and controlled by DMCUBED LTD.
Chargeback Abuse
Members who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may have their accounts permanently terminated and may be pursued for recovery of funds where permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or related to The App/Site or these Terms.
Law Enforcement
The Company will cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
DMCA
Valid copyright infringement notices must be submitted using the contact details listed on The App/Site.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Updates to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify Members. Continued use of The App/Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Schedule A – Fair Usage
Fair usage criteria, including the volume of messages sent and duration of upgraded access, may be considered when assessing discretionary refund requests.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms do not affect a Member’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Your use of The App/Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Data Controller
DMCUBED LTD is the data controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with The App/Site.
Your rights under UK data protection law
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
The right of access – to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
The right to rectification – to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
The right to erasure – to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
The right to restrict processing – to request that we limit how your data is used in certain circumstances.

The right to data portability – to request transfer of your data to another service provider where technically feasible.

Our legitimate interests include operating and improving The App/Site, preventing fraud and abuse, verifying user authenticity, ensuring platform safety, enforcing our terms, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed and balanced our interests against your rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you object, we will consider your request and determine whether we can continue processing in accordance with applicable law.
International data transfer
Personal data may be processed in countries outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not benefit from a UK adequacy decision, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK data protection law. These safeguards may include the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally approved transfer mechanisms.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data transferred internationally is subject to appropriate security protections and contractual safeguards.
Age restriction
The App/Site is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or over.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that an individual under 18 has created an account or provided personal data, we will take steps to suspend or remove the account and delete the associated information.
If you believe that a minor may be using The App/Site, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
Data storage
Personal data is stored within secure server environments protected by technical and organisational security measures. Data transmitted between The App/Site and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised processes and personnel and is protected by authentication controls, firewall protections and monitoring safeguards.
Passwords are never stored in plain text and are secured using a one-way hashing algorithm (bcrypt).

Special Category Data
Sexual orientation information is processed in order to provide the core search and matching functionality of The App/Site. This information is classified as special category data under UK data protection law.
We process this data on the basis of explicit consent provided during registration (Article 9(2)(a) UK GDPR). You may update or change your selection at any time within your profile settings.
If you withdraw your consent, we may be unable to provide matching services or certain core features of The App/Site.

Right to access data
You may request access to a copy of the data we store in relation to your account, this is without charge. We provide a self service tool within the site / apps setting menu, select the option 'Data request'.
Right to transfer data
You can copy and paste your data via the 'Data Request' self service tool and ask another service provider to incorporate in to their system / service.
Verification images
During the registration process, images are captured from a live video feed for the purpose of verifying that a genuine individual is creating the account and to help reduce fraud, impersonation and other harmful activity.
These images are used solely for identity verification and platform safety purposes. Verification images are displayed to other Members in a pixelated format to assist in confirming authenticity. The level of pixelation may vary depending on account status or interaction history.
Verification images are retained while your account remains active and may be shared across accounts held by you within our network in order to maintain verification status and prevent duplicate verification processes.
If all associated accounts are deleted, verification images will be removed in accordance with our retention policies.
Right to delete data
You can erase all the data we hold in relation to your account with the 'Delete account' option from the settings menu.
Any data we need to keep for legal reasons (mainly accounting and security) will be stored anonymously.
Third parties
We may share personal data with carefully selected third parties where necessary to operate The App/Site, process payments, analyse usage, or comply with legal obligations.
Some third parties act as data processors on our behalf and process data in accordance with our instructions and under contractual safeguards.
Other third parties, such as payment providers, may act as independent data controllers in relation to the information you provide directly to them. In such cases, their own privacy policies will apply.
The categories of third parties we use include:
Google – Analytics and usage statistics.
CCBill – Payment processing services.
PayPal – Payment processing services.
Apple – Payment and platform services (where applicable).
We only share the minimum information necessary for the relevant purpose.
Marketing communications
Communications are split into three types;
Compulsory - These are transactional email alerts including but are not limited to, account confirmation, password changes, email changes, picture approvals, terms and conditions, privacy policy.
Optional alerts - These are new alert/message notifications and general usage advice.
Optional newsletter - This includes but is not limited to, links to articles, surveys, cross site promotion.
Who do we disclose information to
We will only disclose your information when requested by law enforcement or in relation to a criminal offence.
Termination of account
When you delete your account all your personal data is erased. If your account is banned some data may be stored to prevent a new registration being performed. The stored data is hashed so it is not in a human readable form.
Picture moderation
Periodically we may re-review profile pictures, this is due to changes including but not limited to regional laws, app store policies, advertiser or The Company's branding.
Backups
Personal data is included within secure backup systems for the purpose of disaster recovery and business continuity. Backups are protected by appropriate security measures.
Where you delete your account or request erasure, your data is removed from active systems. Residual copies may remain within secure backup archives for a limited retention period before being permanently overwritten in accordance with our backup lifecycle procedures. Backup data is not restored to active systems except in the event of a major system failure.
How we protect your data
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Security measures include encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, authentication safeguards, monitoring systems and infrastructure protections.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually review and improve our security practices in line with industry standards.
Cookies
We use one persistent cookie to allow automatic login. If you choose to logout of The App/Site this cookie will be deleted.
